Commodore: April 2010

By the time you read this Spring will have officially arrived.  I certainly am ready for it and all the wonderful things that come with the season – like boating!   We have several really fun events planned for April.   Our shakedown cruise to Poulsbo is coming right up on April 9-11.  Fred and Ilona are captains for the cruise so be sure to let them know if you would like to join  the group.  Also,  please call the marina to reserve a slip if you are not anchoring out.  Earth Day clean-up at Mystery Bay will be held on April 22nd  (the actual Earth Day) headed by Dick Curtis.  This is a great way to help the park  and (more…)

Spring Work Party

2010 Project List for PTYC Spring Work Party

Planned Dates:  Monday & Tuesday April 5 & 6
                      Monday & Tuesday April 19 & 20 (if not finished earlier)

Work will start about 10:00 AM each day

  1. Improve water pipe insulation
  2. Replace rotten planks on back deck
  3. Install new outside light fixture over back door (more…)
