Meetup in Spencer Spit
Details:
The first day is a long day for our sailors crossing the Straits. The plan is to rendezvous' at Spencer Spit. We are each responsible for State Park mooring fees or you may anchor.
Folks are welcome to ski this and join at Poet's Cove if timing is better for you.

Poets Cove BC - South Pender Island at Bedwell Harbor
Details:
Our second day we will cross Haro Straits and head Northwest to Poets Cove. We will clear customs in Poets Cove, a resort on Pender Island - with all resort amenities . We will have two days to explore this area.

Ganges Harbor - Salt Spring Island
Details:
On Salt Spring Island is Ganges Harbor - an artists mecca with more than 40 artist studios. In addition to artists, they are cheese makers, bakers, wineries, distilleries and a microbrewery You may anchor out in the bay reserve your moorage at Ganges Marina 250-537-5242.

Sydney BC, Vancouver Island for Canada Day
Details:
Our last stop will be at Sydney BC ideally for July 1 & July 2
You each need to call and make reservations and Sidney is a two day minimum. We need 10 boats for a group reservation which we probably will not have. This is why each of us need to call now. But, you can tell them you are with the PTYC club and want to be close to others if possible.
We do know that there is a large group leaving Sydney the morning of July 1 so with early waitlisted we should get in.

What is this?
Join and explore....This is the first time for some of us to check out the lower Gulf Islands and then hook up with the Reid Harbor 4th of July Cruise. We will each need to call in to the Marinas to make reservations at these Ports of Call. Insurance of $2 million is required at Ganges Marina. (This should be an inexpensive rider if you don't already have it.) Space at these marina's is limited so please call and register right a way - phone numbers are listed within the registration of this cruise.
June 26 Spencer Spit on Lopez Island;
June 27-28 Poets Cove Marina on South Pender;
June 29-30 Ganges Marina, Salt Spring Island;
July 1-2 Port of Sidney Marina, Vancouver Island;
July 3 - Option to join the July 4th cruise at Stuart Island.
