Our annual celebration is going to be great fun! We have a new venue, a new (and vetted) caterer, and fun entertainment planned for a lively evening.
Change of Watch, a.k.a. The COW, is a time honored maritime tradition and one that PTYC celebrates annually. This is the "passing of the torch" so to speak between Commodores and old, returning and new Board members. This year, Commodore Scott Abbey will relinquish command to incoming Commodore, Wendy Weeks for 2026.
