Sailing to Antarctica

Join us for our October 13th membership meeting and meet featured speaker Peter (Piotr) Okonski who will share his experience of sailing to Antarctica.
Peter and his wife, Aleksandra, have logged more than 18,000 nautical miles together, cruising the waters of Washington State, British Columbia—including the Vancouver Island, Queen Charlotte (Haida Gwaii) Islands—and Southeast Alaska. Peter also joined Selma Expeditions, sailing with small crews to the Antarctic Peninsula and later the South Atlantic on a voyage from Brazil to Argentina
