“Beyond Basic VHF- Newer Technologies for Communications”. Dan & Linda Newland will discuss some of the options around today for internet communications as well as emergency communications and go over the pros and cons of different options. They will discuss some real-world experiences where boaters have been helped by some of the new stuff out there. It should be a good session for those who already know the basics.
