Anacortes Arts Festival & Beyond
UPDATE! THE ANACORTES MARINA MOORAGE IS FULL. YOU MAY STILL JOIN BY CAR OR JOIN CRUISERS AT SUCIA AND/OR ROSARIO.
This cruise is set up in two parts for those who may wish to join only the Anacortes Arts Festival and/or the Sucia Island and optional Rosario visit.
At Anacortes, we need to know if you wish to join in a group no-host dinner in town (details to follow). We also need to know if you plan to arrive on Thursday August 1st or Friday August 2nd. Festival events start on Friday morning and continue through Sunday August 4th. 18 slips have been reserved in advance. Pay moorage upon arrival. Cost is $1.74 per foot OAL plus power for vessels under 50', per night.
Likewise we need to know if you will depart Anacortes on Sunday the 4th or Monday 5th. Those heading to Fossil Bay on Sucia plan to arrive on Monday August 5th. Sucia moorage fees, for the docks or mooring buoys, are set by WA State Parks. Good anchorage in Fossil Bay and adjacent bays.
The final overnight stay at Rosario Resort Marina (or their mooring buoys) must be reserved well in advance by cruisers. See Guest Moorage Rates at https://rosarioresort.com and their full list of amenities on the website.

Rosario Resort Marina - August 7
Details:
The final stop with a pool and hot tub is Rosario Resort on Orcas Island for the night of August 7th. Cruisers interested in this stop must make their own moorage reservations at the earliest opportunity as this is a popular destination. Visit RosarioResort.com for rates and amenities.

Sucia Island Fossil Bay Aug 5-7
Details:
Co-Captains are planning a two night stay in Fossil Bay which allows for anchoring, mooring buoys and 2 docks. State Park fees apply to all except anchorage. Lots of fun activities to be planned!
