Members of the Port Townsend Yacht Club have a range of boating knowledge and skills. Many join to learn more about the boats they already own, or to gain skills to purchase and operate a boat.

Seminars and workshops are held throughout the year on a wide variety of topics of interest. Prior sessions have included:

Share Your Boating Knowledge

In addition to members who are learning about boating, many Club members have decades of boating experience. And, we're all willing to share.

Informal opportunities to share tips and tricks take place during regular monthly meetings, at social events, and certainly on group cruises. In addition, members lead scheduled seminars and workshops in their areas of expertise.
