Watch Captains: Make coffee and manage volunteers to set up and chairs tables, including snacks; arrange for light finger foods at social times; and manage cleanup/breakdown of tables, chairs, kitchen; take trash out & find someone to take recycling.
With Watch Captain Guidance, Watch Volunteers:
1. Make 30 to 40 bite size, finger foods - savory or sweet.
2. Set snack table up including coffee and tea service
3. Set up meeting chairs & take down after meeting
4. Clear snack table, clean kitchen, & empty trash.
Others can cover 3 & 4 if you can’t always stay to the end of meeting.
